As with all our services, our Learning and Development service is focused on helping your team to learn and grow. The greatest asset to any business is the team behind it – we’re here to help them be the best they can be.
We do so much more than deliver a training workshop. By analysing the skill gap and the strategy for the business plans long-term, we can really focus on the right areas for improving your people. Not only this, but your team can be provided with online tools to continue their learning after the workshop and regular coaching sessions to ensure that the new skills learnt are implemented.

Our range of profiling tools give individuals a powerful insight into their own behaviour and characteristics and how that differs from others, so allowing them to focus their development and adapt their behaviours to be more successful. Our accompanying workshop develops this further and leads to a real understanding of how to improve interaction and get the best out of others.
360 Assessment Tool
Our 360 Assessment Tools provide employees the opportunity to receive performance feedback from their manager and 4-8 peers, including other co-workers and compare this with their own assessment of their performance. We use a 360-assessment tool to measure ability against agreed competencies to provide an insight on how individuals rate themselves and how others perceive them across the business. We will then agree the areas of focus and re-run the 360-feedback exercise to demonstrate improvement and measure success at the end of the programme.
Our bespoke workshops are created based on what your specific needs are for your business and individuals. During these workshops we can focus on identified weaknesses, whilst coming up with objectives for focused development. These objectives can be turned into your managers KPIs, with bonus objectives where appropriate.
Our Learner Management System provides thousands of learning resources which can be used to complement our workshops or to create a stand-alone development programme. Our online toolkits pool these resources to suit individuals and contain materials which are focussed on the competencies against which they had been assessed using our 360 assessment tools.
Regular 1-2-1 coaching sessions are held to ensure that what individuals have learnt is being embedded into everyday activities. This way we can make sure that the development objectives are being met and the business is benefiting from the investment.
