Then and now – the big strides at Breedon Consulting

Since 1999, we’ve brought a flexible and personal service to our clients. This, naturally, has allowed us to form great relationships and even friendships along the way.

The relationships we’ve formed have been incredibly important to the success we’ve enjoyed recently, and we’d like to share these with you. Let’s take a look at the big strides we’ve taken here at Breedon Consulting.

Opening new areas

Our expertise has always been in human resources; it’s our bread and butter. But thanks to our growth, we’ve also expanded into the training, recruitment, and learning & development markets.

Though we’re now offering services in a variety of different areas, all with their own unique challenges, we always bring the same tailored and personal approach each time.

As our Managing Director Nicki says: “We really are on the side of our clients and have their best interests at heart, acting in the way a senior in-house person would do to help them achieve their goals in a commercially sensible way.”

A growing team

Branching out into new areas means adding to our team. Starting as a team of just two, we now have seven members and there’s always room for new faces too such is our recent growth.

Nicki, who has led Breedon from the start, believes that this is thanks in no small part to the hard work and amazing service our team delivers. “We still have clients that have been with us pretty much from day one and we have grown together which has been such an amazing experience!” she explains.

And with us boldly venturing into new areas, you can be sure that the Breedon team is set to continue building on these strong foundations.

A home of our own

Bringing in new clients and opening new service lines has allowed us to move into our offices in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire.

This move came in May 2018, after spending a year in serviced offices and even sharing offices with one of our own clients. Now we have our own hub – an office which we truly own and which is the heart of our operations.

Moving into our offices was such a proud moment for Nicki and the whole team. Again, it was thanks in no small part to the relationships and connections we’ve formed with our clients over the years and how much our team has done in making these as successful as they are.

A bright, exciting future ahead!

We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has been on this journey with us to this point. We’ve definitely come a long way since 1999 and we’re really looking forward to what the future holds in the coming years.
