Adaptability
Adaptable leaders understand the need to flex their approach to suit the situation they find themselves in. They fine-tune their style and tone and recognise that approaching everything the same way may not always be effective, even if it is consistent. Fine tuning your behaviour to suit the situation, allows you to take account of the circumstances and the needs of those around you, leading to better results and buy in. Adaptable leaders will constantly gauge their impact and be alert to the need to respond and adjust their approach and behaviour to meet the circumstances at the time, which in turn will lead to more effective interactions.
