Strategic Awareness

Strategic awareness is about doing things today with an eye for tomorrow. It involves moving forward with purpose towards future objectives and making decisions today which will help to achieve those objectives. Some people think that you are either strategic or tactical, but strategic awareness is a mixture of the two and whilst you might naturally gravitate towards one side, you need to have a balanced view of the short and long term, consistently asking where you are headed and how you will get there.
