"I first started my early career in the legal sector but always had a natural interest in people so decided to completely change my career path and moved into the world of HR where I worked and studied to become a fully qualified HR professional.
Over the last 30 years I have gained both operational and strategic HR management experience achieved within a variety of sectors and organisations of all different sizes. I also have great people management skills and solid experience of both building and leading teams, so I appreciate how important it is to develop and grow businesses commercially.
Having extensive knowledge of employment law and change management I also understand the complexity of HR management from people issues to the minefield of employment legislation, so I am able to advise, support and work with businesses to make the area of HR less complex.
It has been a long-held ambition of mine to run my own HR company and being part of Breedon HR and their expansion is a perfect opportunity to bring together the culmination of many years’ experience to work with my own clients to help them with every aspect of their HR needs".
