Nicki Robson
Managing Director
What do you love about your job: Being able to be creative and generate new ideas on how to support clients, then seeing those ideas turned into reality by the team. Spreading the word about Breedon and growing our business by helping others to grow theirs.
What is special about Breedon: Other than it being my baby? We really do care and pull out all the stops to make sure clients get what they need.
Tell us something about yourself: Back in the 1990’s when times were tough in manufacturing, for some reason I thought it was a good time to stick my head above the parapet and I volunteered for redundancy. It was the best thing I ever did and so Breedon was born.

What do you love about your job: Everything… the people, the variety, the clients, I could go on and on!
What is special about Breedon: We’re different from the rest - we get the results our clients want. We live by our Values and apply them to everything we do.
Tell us something about yourself: I’ve been working within HR since 1990 – I think I like it so much because I’m a naturally nosey individual! To wind down I like to bake and collect a variety of Gin (although most bottles are empty!!).

What do you love about your job: I have been working in HR for over 10 years and every day is totally different and keeps me on my toes. I love the diversity of my role but disciplinaries are a favourite of mine.
What is special about Breedon: The team, we all support each other on a daily basis and we are all focused on achieving the same goal; to support and help Clients achieve their Vision, whether that be supporting with HR matters or helping to develop their team.
Tell us something about yourself: I have a little boy who keeps me busy. I enjoy a cocktail or two and have a tiny obsession with Shania Twain.

What do you love about your job: I'm enjoying working on some important projects, such as reviewing and optimising our client experience, as well as supporting our expanding franchise network.
