Manage the entire hiring process
From developing the job specification to finding the right people, we will manage the whole process! We’re not just here to tick boxes and pass on CVs. We will take the time to ensure that each candidate is suited to the role and your company’s values.
We will carry out initial sifting and shortlisting to provide a small number of suitable candidates for you. If you want a good fit for your business, this process is needed to sift through a pool of candidates to find the best! We can ask any questions you want, set tasks and conduct the call backs. We can make all of the necessary arrangements for the candidates to come and see you for the final stage interviews.
Active sourcing & market mapping
In a very tight and fast moving recruitment market you’re unlikely to attract the best candidates via an advert. We will actively source and head hunt passive candidates so we can find the very best people for you including those who aren’t actively looking.
This may include market mapping, where we will use competitive intelligence to identify who to approach about your role and how to encourage them to join you. This can make all the difference and give you a really good result.
The final interview stages can be daunting, not only for the interviewee, but for the interviewer too. We can assist in the final stage interview, to help you make a decision, take the lead if needs be, or just be there to give you an objective second opinion. It’s not a process that you need to go through on your own, having assistance can help speed things along.
When you have made your decision on which candidate you would like to take on, then we can negotiate the offer and draw up contractual documentation, making sure that all the necessary arrangements are in place.
